It may be inspired by the architecture of Indonesia, but the charm of Bali Estate is all Hawaiian. Nestled into the slope of Diamond Head just a few miles from Waikiki Beach and minutes from shopping and dining, the villa enchants with lush landscaping, rooms that open to the tradewinds and views of the sea in the distance. Three spacious bedrooms and luxe finishes make the property a true haven.
The main living spaces of Bali Estate open to a generous lanai with a shaded sitting area, sunbathing section with loungers and an infinity pool. Bring home local produce to prepare on the barbecue and revel in the warm breeze over dinner at the al-fresco dining area. Refresh bathing suits and towels in the laundry facilities and share vacation photos over the home’s Wi-Fi.
The villa’s limestone facade is broken by large windows with sliding glass doors and trimmed in polished wood. Inside, glossy wood floors stretch across the great room, echoed by a wood-paneled section of ceiling. Orange pillows on a large gray sectional and woven lounge chairs in the sitting room are matched by a playful orange chandelier and high-backed woven chairs in the adjacent dining area. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen has dark, clean-lined cabinets, a practical breakfast bar and, in a whimsical touch, even a miniature tribute to Elvis.
Bali Estate has two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs. The second-floor master suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and opens to a private balcony over the lanai. Downstairs, each bedroom has a queen bed and shared access to a bathroom; one opens to a terrace as well.
At just 10 miles from Honolulu International Airport, you’ll be off the plane and beneath the palms at Bali Estate before you can say “aloha.” From the villa’s secluded spot on a private road, it’s a 5-minute drive to restaurants and shops, 2 miles to world-famous Waikiki Beach and about 5 miles to downtown Honolulu. Golfers won’t want to miss a round at Royal Hawaiian Golf Course or Ko’olau Golf Club, both about 15.5 miles away.

Great location near Wakiki, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Walked to a nice beach cafe for breakfast on the water each morning.
We traveled here with 5 adults, 1 teenager & 1 baby and we stayed in the main house. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms in the house was perfect for the whole family. Great amenities like the kitchen, wifi, washer&dryer and microwave ( they microwave is NEW ). We enjoyed meals on the patio and the views from the house of the ocean were spectacular. Everyone especially enjoyed walking/jogging around Waikiki or even to Diamond Head (the house is located on the other side of the entrance). We did rent a car for the trips to around town or the North Shore but its possible not to rent a car if you mostly want to hang out near Waikiki. Because we were staying in the main house, there is a dedicated parking spot so you didn't have to look for street parking. The location is so close, we booked the Diamond Head Luau at the Waikiki Aquarium and just had a 15min walk there. Lois provided us with great customer service, answering all our questions and we felt comfortable booking. We had a wonderful stay.
My friends and I stayed here for four nights surrounding a wedding and to say that we were impressed by this place doesn't do it justice. Simply put, the place is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly want for in a vacation rental. When comparing rentals with other people at the wedding and hearing some of their horror stories, I could only smile and let them know that this place was perfect. The spacious lanai proved to be an excellent place for all of us to gather every night, and I'm not sure if it was the lily bowls or what, but there were hardly any mosquitoes to speak of. Anyone looking for all of the comforts of home (and then some) would be wells served to rent this property.
Great location! Beautiful house! Excellent services! We enjoyed our time at the house more than Oahu itself. (Maui is our favorite island ~) Lois was so friendly and (before our arrival) response to my question and request very quickly! We only ran in one tiny problem with wifi while our stay and Leah showed up like a lighting and fixed it within no time. Book it without hesitation! This rental deserves more than 5 stars!
We couldn't have asked for a better home, location or service during our family vacation to Oahu. The home is tucked away, although very convenient to Waikiki, Diamond Head and the Kahala. The creature comforts were plentiful, the view from the upstairs bedroom was breathtaking and the interior decor made you feel right at home. The narrow road that leads to the home made exiting a little difficult and I didn't see a microwave, but don't let those things deter your booking--this home is a dream!
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Good! Except for lack of a Microwave Oven and a Motorcycle parked all-week on a narrow driveway. I suggest for a bigger garbage bin outside and to be regularly picked up by local garbage service company. In general, he property is neatly maintained and we enjoyed our stay. I'll rent the property again and highly recommend it to prospective vacationers.
Absolutely the best vacation ever! The house was everything we hoped and more! This was a vacation to celebrate retirement with immediate and extended family. We had a total of 6 including children and couldn't have been more comfortable! The house is amazing, the manager greeted us and could not have been more accommodating. The house was beautiful and spotless! We had an amazing time. Thanks so much for allowing us to make lifetime memories!
We so loved staying in this immaculate villa. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. And out hosts were so lovely and responsive to our every need. We can't wait to go back. We have stayed in many villas and this was among the best. We will be back. Thank you so much Chris and Leokane.
Wake up to the most amazing sunrises and go to sleep after gazing at the stars. What else could you ask for? How about an awesome host? Lois is the best. Period. We have enjoyed many annual vacations with and without our three teenage children. We couldn't feel more at home.
overall you feel the prince of honolulu
